Unpaid IVTRS Transactions


All new Internet renewal transactions as of 6:30 p.m. July 15, 2014 displaying “unpaid” has been fixed.  However, all affected transactions on the Daily Net Revenue Detail Reports from July 15 & 16, 2014 still show “unpaid”.  The Support Staff will correct these past transactions

All reports are correct as sent, no new reports will be generated.

A Status update will be provided at 3:00 p.m. on the manual corrections.
