UPDATE (10/30/2016 @ 2:55 PM CDT) TxDMV Scheduled Outage Extended

Good afternoon,


An issue was identified during system validation. Support staff are working to resolve the issue and bring the systems online. An update will be sent by 6 p.m. this evening (10/30/2016) or a final notification if the maintenance is completed before that time.


Systems Impacted: All systems below will be unavailable and unable to access vehicle information during the scheduled time frames below.

  • RTS Online
  • WebSub and webDEALER
  • MyPlates
  • Temp Permits
  • eTags
  • DPS (Law Enforcement) TLETS
  • MVI-Net  

Note: A reply to all will be sent when the outage is complete.  Please contact the Service Desk if you experience system issues after the end of the maintenance.
