Technicians have identified a potential solution for the issue with the Internet Vehicle Title Registration System (IVTRS) refund process and are working to verify.  Please continue to process refund transactions as needed. These transactions will remain queued until the issue is resolved. Status updates will be sent tomorrow, December 31 with information as it becomes available.

The statewide ticket for this problem is #11294
