UPDATE: RTS status 2/29/2016


Good evening,


Efforts to diagnose the root cause of the issue in the state data center will continue this evening with more intrusive network testing. This testing is expected to occur after 7 p.m. central time (2/29/2016).  A status update will be sent out by 7 a.m. tomorrow morning (3/1/2016) or when new information becomes available.


The statewide ticket for this issue is: 71642
