UPDATE: RTS status 2/29/2016

 

Good afternoon,

 

Work continues in order to identify and resolve the issue at the state data center. Support staff are making progress on narrowing the list of suspect equipment. Additional resources have been engaged to assist.

 

The RTS system is available but some users may continue to experience random disconnects from the system.  If you are disconnected you will need to close your browser and log back in to RTS. Interrupted transactions will be in set aside status. An update will be sent out by 4 p.m. or when new information becomes available.

 

The statewide ticket for this issue is: 71642
