On April 9, 2018, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles updated the eTAG/webDEALER system. Since the release, we have received calls from some users who are experiencing an issue where the system prevents a user from progressing through a transaction, even when all the required fields have been completed (e.g., the “next” button is not active).
If you encounter this issue, we recommend that you try a different internet browser to access the system. For example, if you encountered the issue while using Chrome, try accessing the system via Internet Explorer (or vice versa).
