Revised Registration Related Forms Now Available

Please review and distribute as appropriate.

The department previously made you aware the Vehicle Titles and Registration Division launched an initiative to review and/or update 60 internal and external registration related forms.

Today, we are pleased to announce we have concluded this initiative. The updated registration related forms are now available online at www.TxDMV.gov. We urge you to begin using the latest revision of all forms as soon as possible, however, we will continue to accept prior versions as you delete your stock.

The revisions made to these forms are not associated with changes to policy or procedure.
