Chapter 11 – Signature – Authority to Sign
Section 11.2, “Signature Formats,” was updated to provide information regarding the acceptability of electronic signatures.
Section 11.3, “Electronic Signatures,” was added to provide information regarding electronic signatures as detailed in Registration and Title Bulletin #009-18. Additional sections in Chapter 11 have been renumbered to allow for the new section.
Chapter 25 – Motor Vehicle Dealers
Section 25.7, “Courtesy Delivery,” was added to provide licensed Texas motor vehicle dealers with information regarding courtesy delivery transactions.
