Good afternoon,
Over the weekend of December 11, 2020, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) will update the Registration and Titling System (RTS) and webDEALER System. During the deployment of the new release you may experience intermittent connectivity issues to the following applications:
Starting at 6:30 PM Saturday (12/12/2020) through 10:00 AM Sunday (12/13/2020):
- RTS POS
- Cognos
- webDEALER
During the deployment of the 9.9.0 Release you may experience intermittent connectivity issues.
Note: A reply to all will be sent out when maintenance has been completed. Please contact the TxDMV Customer Service department if you experience issues after the maintenance has been completed.
