Initial Notification: Issue: MCCS Renewal Option (6/23/2021 1:30 PM)

Good afternoon,

The Motor Carrier Credentialing System (MCCS) is currently experiencing issues with the “Renewal” option for ALL vehicles. It requires the motor carrier to renew vehicles one page at a time, therefore you will have multiple credit card charges instead of just one transaction. TxDMV Support Staff are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  We will send an update once the issue has been resolved.
