Initial Notification: Issue: RTS logins (6/28/2021 12:50 AM)

Good afternoon,

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) is aware of RTS login issues where some users are being prompted to log off and, when trying to log back in, are receiving an error message that they are already logged in.  Support staff are aware of the issue and are working to resolve the issue.  We will provide updates as we work on the issue and when the issue is resolved.
