Details: TxDMV is aware of an issue in IVTRS/TxT where customers were under charged for
their renewal. A permanent fix was implemented Friday night (3/3).
Workaround: The pending TxT/IVTRS renewals were processed Friday night (3/3). Counties
will receive a 99-report covering both 3/2 and 3/3. The pending TxT/IVTRS renewals with
release dates 3/2-3/6 with incorrect fees were automatically declined; those customers will
receive a refund and a renewal declined letter. VTR recommends that the counties tell these
customers to come into the county for their renewal or try again online.
