County RTS Release Notes 23.4 (08/26/2023 @ 9:30 AM)

Good morning,

Over the weekend of August 26, 2023, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV)
will update the Registration and Titling System (RTS) with Release 23.4 which contains the
content summarized below. 

Enhancements: 

RTS:

•  New DV ISA Commendation Medal for 5 branches of US Military Specialty License Plates

•  New DV and DV ISA for U.S. Paratrooper(s) Specialty License Plates

•  New Operation Freedom’s Sentinel Specialty License Plate

•  New Antarctica Service Medal Specialty License Plate

•  New Industrial Firefighters Specialty License Plate

•  New Retired Peace Officer Specialty License Plate

•  New Federal Humanitarian Service Medal Specialty License Plate

•  New Fallen Law Enforcement Officer Specialty License Plate

•  New Burn Pits 360 Veterans Organization Specialty License Plate

•  Additional Fee for Electric Vehicles at Time of Initial Registration and Renewal
