MVCPA publishes a rule adoption in the August 2, 2024, issue of the Texas Register.

The Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority (MVCPA) adopts a rule in the August 2, 2024, issue of the Texas Register. The adopted rule is available on TxDMV’s website https://www.txdmv.gov/about-us/mvcpa/proposed-and-adopted-rules-2024.

The adoption includes:

• amendments to 43 Texas Administrative Code §57.36, concerning levels of funding for grant projects.
