Good morning,

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles Support Staff are aware of an issue that started Friday,
where some counties received the message “error 2332 RTS approval not successful” while
approving their webSUB batch. Support Staff have since resolved the issue.

If your location received the error message 2332, please retry approving your batch this morning.
The attached spreadsheet may be referenced for the list of batches requiring re-submission.
