TxDMV is aware of a brief webDEALER system connectivity issue that occurred earlier this
morning. The network issue originated at the Data Center Services (DCS) level, impacting
many agencies, including TxDMV.
The network connectivity issue has since been resolved.
Despite the very brief outage duration, we have asked DCS to share the root cause for this
outage once their troubleshooting and follow-on investigation has concluded. We will
provide an update as we learn more from DCS.
