Due to a Shared Technology Services (STS) data center outage, which resulted in critical system issues,
the RTS report generation process did experience intermittent connectivity over the last couple of days.
This may have resulted in some delayed reporting. Therefore, the report generation processes may not
have run successfully. If you are experiencing reporting issues, please follow these steps.
General Reporting Instructions:

Inventory Action Report
1. Go to Inventory > Inventory Action Report
2. Enter 09/10/2025 or 09/11/2025 as the report date
Title Package Report
1. Go to Reports > Title Package Report
2. Enter 09/10/2025 or 09/11/2025 as the report date
If you are having issues balancing to your County-Wide or Substation Summary Report for 9/10/2025
or 9/11/2025, please use Cognos Week/Month-To-Date Fees Report for those dates.
