On the evening of October 21, 2025, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV)
will update the webDEALER System with Release 25.4.1 which contains the content
summarized below. 

Enhancements:

•   Amending Existing Plate Assignments

•   Printing an Amendment Receipt

•   Viewing Completed Amendments
