If you are experiencing reporting issues, please refer to the instructions below

llow them as needed.

Please scroll through the entire message to review the required steps.

If you need the Inventory Action Report or Title Package Report:

Rerun Inventory Action Report:

1. Go to InventoryInventory Action Report

2. Enter 06/02/2026 as the report date

Rerun Title Package Report:

1. Go to ReportsTitle Package Report

2. Enter 06/02/2026 as the report date

If the steps below are not completed, the reports for 06/02/2026 and 06/03/2026
will be combined together in tomorrow’s reports.

Note:

Instructions are separated for Main Office and Substations.

It is recommended that substations complete their Substation Summary steps first,
followed by the Main Office. If completed out of order, the Main Office will need to
rerun
the Countywide report to capture substation information.

Substation Instructions Only:

1. Go to FundsFunds ManagementRerun Substation Summary

2. Enter 06/02/2026 as the report date

3. Select cash drawers that were closed for yesterday’s work only

4. When prompted to confirm action CLT001, confirm for 06/02/2026

5. After completing Steps 1–4, contact your Main Office to rerun the
Countywide
report via FundsFunds Management

Main Office Instructions Only:

1. Go to FundsFunds ManagementRerun Substation Summary

2. Enter 06/02/2026 as the report date

3. Select cash drawers that were closed for yesterday’s work only
    (including Cash Drawer 99)

4. When prompted to confirm action CLT001, confirm for 06/02/2026

5. After completing Steps 1–4, go to FundsFunds Management
    Rerun Countywide

6. Enter 06/02/2026 as the report date

7. Click Enter
