Law Enforcement Identification Number Inspection (Form VTR-68-A)
The list of addresses was replaced with alternative ways to more accurately locate RSCs. An example image of the change is shown below.
With exception of Form VTR-68-A, the revised forms are attached, will be available on our website at www.TxDMV.gov/forms and may be used immediately. Previous versions of the form remain valid for use; however, we encourage you to begin utilizing the latest versions.
