eLICENSING and webDEALER/eTAG Issues

This is a notification that dealers may experience with eLICENSING and/or webDEALER/eTAG:
 
•Server error when attempting to login, and/or
•Password reset failed error when attempting to reset your password

Our department is aware of the issues and are working to resolve them.  If you are unable to login to eTAG to print a buyer’s tag, please use your internet down tags.  If you do not have internet down tags available, you may purchase a 30 day permit from the county tax office.
