Good morning,
Over the weekend of March 22, 2025, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV)
will update the eLICENSING System with Release 25.2 which contains the content
summarized below.
New Complaint Type – DEALER COMPLIANCE REVIEW:
• A new case complaint type that will house dealer and plate inventory compliance
information so that the dealers will be in compliance with the HB718(88) legislated
mandates.
