Good afternoon,
The Texas by Texas (TxT) online renewals did not charge customers the Mobility/Clean
Air fee for small trailers who renewed between September 22nd through September 28th.
Customers that renewed registration for a small trailer online between September 22nd
through September 25th cannot be refunded because the sticker has already been mailed.
For these transactions, the Internet Batch Summary and Batch Detail reports will not match
the Week/Month to Date report.
Customers that renewed registration for a small trailer online between September 26th
through September 28th have been issued a refund and no sticker was printed. These
customers have received an email directing them to renew at their local Tax Assessor
Collectors’ office. These customers also have the option to renew online.
