Good afternoon,
TxDMV is aware of an ongoing issue with Texas.Gov and Texas NIC payment processing systems which lead to some customers experiencing issues on payment screens while processing online renewals (through TXT, IVTRS, Temp Permits). The payment processing issues are impacting several State Agencies and their customers. Data Center Services are working diligently with Texas.Gov and Texas NIC in an effort to resolve the issues.
TxDMV is advising customers to try processing their transactions later, or to try completing their payment transactions another way while credit card payment system troubleshooting continues.
We will provide an update once the payment processing system issue has been resolved.
