Good afternoon,
The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is experiencing issues that are preventing
inspections from being saved to the database. Due to this situation, Texas Department
of Motor Vehicle customers will need to renew their vehicle’s registration
at their county office enabling clerks to manually verify the customer’s paperwork.
The DPS currently has no estimated time of resolution.
