Good afternoon,

Due to a network event experienced this morning at the TxDMV Headquarters, the
Cognos System will need to be restarted at 12:15 PM for a short maintenance window.
During this time the Cognos System will be unavailable.

We will publish an update when the Cognos System becomes available.
