The Cognos system is currently unavailable due to a Shared Technology Services (STS)
data center outage. The STS Data Center Services (DCS) vendors and DIR have been
working with support staff overnight to correct the issue. However, no resolution has
been identified at this time. An update will be provided when the issue has been resolved.
