The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) has received reports that some dealers are unable to lookup a dealer tag in the MVInet system, even though the tag is showing as active in webDEALER reports. For dealers who are experiencing this issue, TxDMV is advising that the tag is still valid and to please continue on with business as usual. Support Staff are working to resolve the issue. An update will be sent when additional information becomes available or when the issue has been resolved.
