Initial Notification: RTS Issue (4/11/2018 @ 3:50 PM)

Good afternoon,

An issue has been reported with the RTS system where a limited number of users are experiencing intermittent connectivity. Support staff are working to identify and resolve the issue. An update will sent by 4:30 PM this afternoon (4/11/2018) or as additional information becomes available.
