The RTS is currently unavailable due to a Shared Technology Services (STS) data center outage.
The STS Data Center Services (DCS) vendors and DIR have been working with support staff overnight
to correct the issue; however, no resolution has been identified at this time. An update will be provided
when the issue has been resolved.
