The Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority (MVCPA) proposes a rule in the November 8, 2024, issue of the Texas Register. A summary of the proposed rule and the proposed language is available on MVCPA’s website: Proposed and Adopted Rules 2024 | TxDMV.gov.

The proposal is posted for public comment until 5:00 p.m. on December 9, 2024.

The proposal includes:

• revisions to 43 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 57, concerning cleanup.
