TxDMV Holiday Hours – Memorial Day 2023
Good morning,
The issues relating to countywide reports have now been resolved.
Depending on your office ID, there are certain procedures you need to follow
in order to rerun requests to generate correct reports.
Please reference the file attachment on this bulletin which provides information
to help you determine your Office ID.
Procedure to rerun your report requests
For Office IDs 1 through 153 –
Step 1. Go to Funds, Funds Management, rerun Countywide
Step 2. Enter 5/18/2023 for the Report Date
Step 3. Click Enter
For Office IDs 154 through 254 (if you are missing internet renewal transactions (99)) –
(If you choose to not run Steps 1 through 7 below, and you are missing the 99 data,
that data will automatically show up tomorrow, following tonight’s report run.)
Step 1. Go to Funds, Funds Management, Rerun Substation Summary
Step 2 . Enter 5/18/2023 for the Report Date
Step 3. Choose Cash Drawer 99 only
Step 4. When prompted to Confirm Action CLT001, please confirm for the 5/18/2023 date
Step 5. Once Steps 1 to 4 are completed, go to Funds, Funds Management, rerun Countywide
Step 6. Enter 5/18/2023 for the Report Date
Step 7. Click Enter
Update @ 11:52 AM, Monday, 05/22/2023
Due to the timing of the batch run for reporting on Thursday, 5/18/23, both the 5/18/23 and the
5/19/23 data for the Cash Drawer 99 report will be on the 5/18/23 countywide report. The
5/19/23 countywide report will not show any data. You will need to rerun the countywide report
for 5/18/23 if you haven’t done so already.

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) is aware of inaccuracies within
the countywide reports for Offices 1 through 153. Currently, these reports are not
incorporating yesterday’s date (05/18/2023) within the reports.
Support Staff are working to resolve the issue.
If necessary, please reference the file attachment on this bulletin which provides
information relating to Office ID numbers for your convenience.
An update will be sent once the issue is resolved, along with instructions on how
to rerun your countywide report.

have the full allocation of unused Internet Down tags available when you need them. Also

Good evening,
The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) is currently implementing critical
maintenance for webDealer. Due to the nature of this maintenance, the webDealer
system is currently unavailable.
As a reminder, if you are unable to print buyer’s tags, you should use your pre-printed Internet
Down tags. Every dealer is allowed a minimum of 30 Internet Down tags. Please remember that
after using an Internet Down tag, you must enter the information for that tag into webDealer
as soon as the system is accessible. Doing this, will ensure you always have the full allocation of
unused Internet Down tags available when you need them. Internet Down tags are valid for one
year from the date they are printed.
Note: A notification update will be published once the webDealer maintenance is
completed.

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles’ contact center has been experiencing intermittent phone line connection issues.
Support staff were able to identify the cause of the connection issues and are working to resolve as quickly as possible. As work continues intermittent outages might be noticed on the VPN at Headquarters from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM this evening.
