POSTPONED: Planned Maintenance: RTS (06/03/2022 @ 10:30 PM)

Good afternoon,

Pleas be advised that the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) is postponing to a later date the RTS system maintenance detailed below and planned for the evening of Friday June 3, 2022, so that the Texas Department of Transportaion (TxDOT) can make repairs caused by the power outage on June 1, 2022. 

Description of changes:

Summary of Enhancements

• RTAC-163 Enabled Processing of Non-Dealer Transactions Regardless of a County’s Willing Status
• RTAC-164 Enabled Processing of Correct Title Rejections Regardless of a County’s Willing Status
• RTAC-166 Enabled processing of a Correct Title Rejection regardless if the Dealer’s license status has since expired.
• RTAC-167 Enabled processing of Correct Title Rejection regardless if Dealer’s license expired or the P# removed by clerk.

Note: These enhancements were demoed by TxDMV VTR.

An update will be sent once this RTS maintenance has been rescheduled for a future date.
