Resolved: MCCS Complaint Entry Issue (08/03/2022 05:02 PM)

Good afternoon,

The Motor Carrier Credentialing System (MCCS) Complaint Entry issue has been
resolved.  

Users can now enter complaints into the system, and will receive a confirmation
message to acknowledge the complaint entry has been logged successfully.  

We apologize for the inconvenience and any impact on you or your customers.
