Resolved: RTS performance issue (04/11/2018 @ 4:00 PM Central Time)

Good afternoon,

 

The RTS system encountered a performance issue between 3:35 PM Central Time and lasted until 4:00 PM Central Time today (04/11/2018) which caused a limited number of users to experience intermittent connectivity. If you experienced this issue please reboot your work station. If the issue persists please contact the Service Desk.
