Resolved: webDEALER Watermark on Receipt (08/22/2019 @ 1:20 PM CST)

Good afternoon,

The issue that was reported with the webDEALER system, where the watermark is not printing on the duplicate title receipt, has been resolved. 

If you would like to speak with a TxDMV Customer Service Representative, you may contact us at 512-465-4010 option 2 or 877-933-2020 option 2. TxDMV customer service support is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
