Registration and Title Bulletin (RTB) #001-25 provides an overview of the procedural changes required as a result of HB 5436, enacted by the 89th Legislature, regarding the elimination of the requirement to obtain a title for certain motor vehicles purchased by Used Auto Parts Recyclers.
