RTB 007-23 Unclaimed Seized Vehicle Sale Procedures

The attached Registration and Title Bulletin (RTB) #007-23 provides guidance on title processing pertaining to unclaimed vehicles originally seized by law enforcement. In addition, the new Sales Receipt for Unclaimed Seized Vehicle (Form VTR-71-8) and an Unclaimed Seized Vehicle Chart are attached and will be available on the department’s website.
