the Registration and Titling System (RTS) with Release 26.1 which contains the content summarized
below.
Enhancements:
• 72-Hour and 144-Hour Temp Permits – Payment vendor migration from NIC/Tyler Tech to
FDMS
• MVIPay – Payment vendor migration from NIC/Tyler Tech to FDMS
• RTS (RSC CCI) – Payment vendor migration from NIC/Tyler Tech to FDMS
• TxT – Payment vendor migration from NIC/Tyler Tech to FDMS (awaiting)
• (SB1568) Spay Neuter Adopt – State Specialty License Plate
• (HB3135) Retired Firefighters – State Specialty License Plate
• (SB927) Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal – Military Specialty License Plate
• (HB3815) U.S. Army Rangers – Military Specialty License Plate
• (HB3815) 75th Army Ranger Regiment – Military Specialty License Plate
• (SB2141) State and Federal Judge Unmarked – State Specialty License Plate
• (HB791) Central Catholic High School of San Antonio – State Specialty License Plate
• (SB2001) Disabled Peace Officer – State Specialty License Plate
• (SB2001) Placards requirement and Disabled Peace Officer (ISA) Specialty License Plate
• (HB2686) Frac Tank plate
• HB 3297 Default to 2 YR expiration month/year for new vehicles that are eligible for 2 YR
