TxDMV publishes a rule adoption in the August 23, 2024, issue of the Texas Register.

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) has adopted a rule in the August 23, 2024, issue of the Texas Register. The adopted rule is available on TxDMV’s website at https://www.TxDMV.gov/general-counsel/proposed-and-adopted-rules-2024.

The adoption includes:

• revisions to 43 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 223, concerning compliance and investigations.
