TxDMV publishes rule adoptions in the August 26, 2022, issue of the Texas Register.

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) published rule adoptions in the August 26, 2022, issue of the Texas Register. The adopted language is available on TxDMV’s website at https://www.txdmv.gov/general-counsel/proposed-and-adopted-rules.

The adoptions involve:

• amendments to §217.5 concerning evidence of ownership; and
• amendments to §217.9 concerning bonded titles.
