TxDMV publishes rule adoptions in the November 8, 2024, issue of the Texas Register.

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) adopts rules in the November 8, 2024, issue of the Texas Register. The adopted rules are available on TxDMV’s website at https://www.txdmv.gov/general-counsel/proposed-and-adopted-rules-2024.

The adoptions include:

• revisions to 43 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Chapter 215, concerning HB 718 and SB 224 legislative implementation and cleanup;
• revisions to 43 TAC Chapter 217, concerning HB 718 and HB 3297 legislative implementation and cleanup;
• revisions to 43 TAC §221.54, concerning HB 718 legislative implementation and cleanup;
• revisions to 43 TAC Chapter 224, concerning HB 718 legislative implementation; and
• revisions to 43 TAC Chapter 209, concerning cleanup.
