TxDMV publishes rule proposals in the November 8, 2024, issue of the Texas Register.

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) has proposed rules in the November 8, 2024, issue of the Texas Register. A summary of the proposed rules and the proposed language is available on TxDMV’s website at https://www.txdmv.gov/general-counsel/proposed-and-adopted-rules-2024.

The proposals are posted for public comment until 5:00 p.m. on December 9, 2024.

The proposals include:

• revisions to 43 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Chapter 210, concerning cleanup; and
• revisions to 43 TAC Chapter 211, concerning cleanup.
