TxFLEET Release on October 2

Beginning October 2, 2025, several TxFLEET updates will be implemented as part of ongoing efforts to streamline and enhance the system. The updates are designed to improve user experience and system efficiency.

We encourage all TxFLEET users to review the updates outlined below to become familiar with the new features.

Automatic Unlock of Locked Usernames

• Usernames that become locked will automatically unlock after 30 minutes, removing the need for carriers to call customer support for assistance.

Improved Login Screen Layout

• Login screen links “Forgot Username” and “Forgot Password” will be moved directly under the Login button to separate these actions from requesting a new Motor Carrier Account or new username for an existing account.

Electronic Acknowledgement of Texas IRP Acceptable Distance Records for Audit (Form 467)

• Form 467 will be acknowledged electronically from the required materials page. Uploading the paper form will no longer be required, streamlining the review process.

Cab Card Access from Account Dashboard

• Carriers will have direct access to their current cab cards from the Account Dashboard as part of the Suggested Actions list.

Printable Equipment List

• Carriers will be able to review and print their equipment list directly from the Fleet listing page.
