Workaround:
For the moment, please use the following options for CRD dedicated county support:
1-877-933-2020, Option 1 (toll free) OR 512-465-4010, Option 1 (local)
For MVINNet support, please email VTRDataContracts@txdmv.gov.
An update will be provided once the above impacted phone lines have been confirmed operational.
