It has been reported that the RTS 72-Hour & 144-Hour permits function continues to experience some
processing issues. Support staff are working to resolve the issue.
Latest Update:
• The RTS Point-of-Sale (POS) system is currently unable to process 72-Hour and
144-Hour permit transactions. Troubleshooting continues.
• The Web Permit Application is unaffected and is working as expected.
Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
