Update Notification: Issue: RTS Slow Response Time (10/18/2018 @ 03:15 PM Central Time)

Good afternoon,

The issue with the RTS intermittent slow response times has not been resolved.  Support staff are working to resolve the issue.  Another update will be sent by 05:00 PM (10/18/2018) or as additional information becomes available.

The statewide ticket for this issue is: 201316.
