The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) is aware of an issue where the
owner information is not populating in the Registration and Title System (RTS)
Point-of-Sale (POS) receipt for new titles. Support Staff are currently troubleshooting
the issue. There is no current workaround for the issue at this time.
We apologize for the inconvenience and any impact on you and your customers.
We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue.
Update @ 5:00 PM
TxDMV will be deploying a system update to address this issue, beginning at
8:00 PM this evening, Monday, February 20, 2023, lasting up to 8:30 PM. During
this maintenance window, you may experience intermittent connectivity to the
webDealer system. If you experience connectivity issues, please wait a few
minutes, then try to log in to webDealer again.
An update will be published once the issue is resolved.
