The RTS System is unavailable.
The DIR security vendor, Crowdstrike, has experienced a global systemic failure.
Unfortunately, this is impacting agency systems, workstations and servers. TxDMV
workstations will likely be inoperable this morning, showing a blue screen or having
other issues. Additionally, agency systems, including RTS, are down. Support staff have
been working the issue with our vendor partners and DIR overnight, but no resolution
has been identified at this time.

TxDMV Support Staff continue to work closely with DIR and our vendor partners
