Good morning,
The Registration and Titling System (RTS) is operational at this time.
The issues experienced this morning were caused by a statewide data center
connectivity outage. This impacted several agencies, including TxDMV. RTS is
now functioning as normal. However, the statewide vendor continues to assess
the issue. They have advised that agencies may experience intermittent
connectivity to their systems until such time as they fully resolve the outage.
We will follow up with an all clear communication as soon as we have confirmation
from the vendor.
